When a movie has a star-studded cast, then more often than not, it’s usually a hit, and when A Few Good Men was released in 1992, it didn’t disappoint. The film, written by the iconic Aaron Sorkin, was headlined by Tom Cruise, Demi Moore, and Jack Nicholson, and it was the latter who delivered the best impromptu performance of all time.
In an improvised act, Jack decided to change a line in the script, and instead of going with the original “I want the truth,” a more impactful, memorable comment was born. We don’t think we’ve seen a more fitting response off the cuff like this one.
