On the envelope were the words “For New Car Owner: Important Info Inside.” They are odd words to read anywhere, but they’re especially odd when you see them on an anonymous letter in a second-hand vehicle you just purchased.
Many thoughts were going to Kevin’s head. Who wrote the letter? Why was it addressed to him? Was it dangerous? And more importantly, what on earth was happening? He picked up the letter.
