Stuff That Is Normal In Movies, But Make Absolutely No Sense In Real Life
Explosive Cars Everywhere
Explosions in movies make for a great action scene. But if you think about it, that’s not how cars work in real life.
In films, cars tend to explode even after minor impacts. All it takes for a vehicle to blow-up entirely is to crash against a wall at a moderate speed. A bullet to the gas tank can also do the trick. But real-world traffic is, fortunately, not that unstable. According to mechanic experts, car explosions are rare. They typically consist of a small fire, caused by things like oil leaks, loose wires, rapid changes in engine temperature, or electrical problems.
Almost everything in action movies seems like it comes from an alternate universe where the laws of physics don’t mean that much. But sometimes, movie-markers are forced to ignore the facts to make for some quality entertainment—especially in the action genre!
