On her first Halloween as a co-host on the morning news show “Today,” Hoda Kotb pulled off a showstopper. She came out in a period-specific Elton John and looked fabulous and unrecognizable.
The presenter wore a drag costume, including a bald cap and a glam white suit, emulating John’s spirit in all the glamor and style she could muster. While she wore the ensemble, her fellow NBC News hosts were all in ’80s-inspired outfits, which was the theme for that year.
