Kylie Jenner is almost made to fit into any outfit and make it look beautiful, but on the spooky holiday in 2019, she achieved probably the best channeling of Marilyn Monroe we have seen. For the day, she dressed in Monroe’s outfit for her “Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend” performance in 1953.
She wore a short blond toupee, a magenta strapless number, and sparkling bling. Of course, her rouge lit up the mother of two’s face, as is her norm.
