Kids love Halloween; there’s no doubt about that. While most show up as their favorite historians, cartoons, or movie characters, David and Victoria Beckham appear to have a special kind of child in Harper Beckham, who chose a Billie Eilish costume in 2019.
The resemblance between her and the actual “Ocean Eyes” songstress was undeniable. She even drew black tears on her cheeks, as Eilish did in her “When the Party’s Over” music video, and had blue locks for the day.
