Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka underwent tremendous transformations with a quick turnaround to fit into their costumes for their 2019 spooktacular celebration. In the outfits, they channeled twins Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen while attending Heidi Klum’s 20th annual Halloween party.
Harris and Burtka sported long blond wigs, contoured cheekbones, and dramatic lashes to go with Kate and Olsen’s signature all-black outfits that the twins are so well known for. Catch the “How I Met Your Mother” actor star in the 2022 Netflix film “Uncoupled.”
