Yeah, we thought it was a ‘Defense Against The Dark Arts’ class at Hogwarts and that the teacher was the beloved Professor Quirrel, explaining how a new spell works. It is a pity that this setup is actually an upper school chemistry class! How very cool of the teacher to go the extra mile and make it seem like the kids were learning about some otherworldly concepts. We bet the class average was anything above a solid 80%— at least for this subject!
Chemistry is the closest to magic a student could ever be. The colorful solutions are like potions, and the sizzling chemical reactions are so much fun to watch when done right. Educators like this one who make learning fun for kids must be treasured, that’s for sure!
