Teachers are constantly trying out new ways to help the students focus and encourage them to dream bigger and better on a daily basis. Having a reminder of where they should be headed every time they peek at the clock is a commendable move. It really helps drill that sense of purpose into their young minds. So it is safe to say that the tactic works with kids.
