One of the dreaded moments in conversations is an awkward silence. It might be caused by anxiousness or by the parties not knowing what to say to each other. Whether it’s on the way to school or in line at the mall for groceries, the consequence is the same and many people avoid it.
So this resolution is surprisingly understandable since whoever wrote it must have experienced a lot of awkward discussions and silences with other shoppers at the mall.
