All You Need For A My Three Sons Trivia Night! – Where Is The Iconic Cast Now?
Two Networks, Two Different Colors
‘My Three Sons’ is a ‘CBS’ and ‘ABC’ network series that first aired on ‘ABC’ from 1960 to 1965. Initially filmed in black and white, something most Generation Z kids can’t relate with, the sitcom, later on, moved to ‘CBS’ and was filmed in color until its end in the early ’70s.
The show, starring film legends like Fred MacMurray and William Frawley, followed the life of a widower and aeronautical engineer Steven Douglas, played by Fred MacMurray. Frawley originally played ‘Bub’ O’Casey, the boys’ grandpa, before his replacement in the last season due to health issues. The protagonist Steven eventually remarried as the series came to an end.
