According to the Los Angeles Times, the highest home sale recorded in Los Angeles County is the $120 million sale of a home formerly owned by renowned producer Aaron Spelling. The Spellings initially sold it in 2014 to Petra Stunt for $85 million in 2011. After remodeling it, Stunt was able to sell it for the record-breaking amount in 2019.
Before his death in 2006, Spelling was one of the most prolific television producers of all time, with over 200 producer and executive producer credits. This 4.7-acre property has a stunning 123 rooms spread across 56,500-square-feet.
