If Billy Joel is sometimes called the ‘Piano Man,’ it’s a tribute to his signature hit song and 1973 album of the same name. And with over 160 million records sold worldwide, Joel is undoubtedly one of the greatest artists of all time. In 2021, Joel released “The Vinyl Collection Vol 1.”
Our favorite of his properties is this 9,312-square-feet mansion in Manalapan, Florida. The house’s nine bedrooms, four-car garage, and dining area with a fantastic ocean view add to its allure. However, in 2018, Joel reduced his initial asking price for the mansion, putting it back on the market for $16.9 million.
