Jennifer Aniston – Beverly Hills ($38 Million)
“Friends” is one of those TV shows that remains evergreen no matter how many years go by. And we definitely have its incredible cast to thank for its ever-present relevance. While Jennifer Aniston has come a long way since playing Rachel Green on that sitcom, she and her co-stars reunited in the 2021 TV special “Friends: The Reunion.”
In 2006, Aniston bought a lovely 10,000-square-feet deluxe house in Beverly Hills. She also enlisted the help of designer Stephen Shadley to upgrade the home to meet her standards. Then, barely five years into owning the masterpiece, Aniston sold it for $38 million. Not bad for a house she bought for $13.5 million.
