Nick Nolte’s dedication to acting is well documented. In 2021, Nolte shaved off his impressive beard to prepare for a role, and fans could not get over his new look. Malibu is one of the most popular locations of the crème de la crème of the entertainment industry. So it makes sense that Nolte would choose to own a house in the town.
His house spreads across 6,000-square-feet and has a 19-foot vaulted ceiling and skylights in the living room. Other highlights include Italian marble floors, flagstone, carved wood fireplaces, and a dramatic staircase. Although he initially listed it for $8.25 million, Nolte sold the property for $3.9 million in 2014.
