Women can be well-versed not just about their own clothes but also the intricacies of sportswear, especially if it’s part of their job to do so. The NHL store employee in this story even got a breakdown of the pro hockey merchandise they were selling to serve customers better.
So, when a mansplainer walked in and questioned everything she said, she was also prepared to correct him. Bringing out the paperwork to back up her hockey jersey knowledge, the customer was left with no choice but to believe her. On the bright side, though, he still ended up buying something, so it’s a win-win in the end, right?
