Girl Power? Mansplaining at work is 40 times more common than you think

Farewell, Mr. Mansplain

What is it with people resorting to mansplaining when their mistakes are pointed out to them? That same scenario unfolded in this story when a female employee pointed out to a higher-up that he mistakenly paid some workers multiple times because of a processing error.

Fortunately, she didn’t have to contend with her co-worker, who she dubbed Mr. Mansplain, for much longer after that. He left the company, and we’re guessing much to the relief of many of his colleagues. We have a feeling he had no problem finding another company to take his lectures to, though.
