It’s never a good feeling to be talked over during work meetings, especially one with a topic you have a lot of insight on. So, we can’t blame this millennial for being upset after her older co-workers shut her down during a marketing meeting.

Being the target market, she was definitely more knowledgeable than her colleagues about selling a product to Gen Y buyers. That didn’t stop them from mansplaining away, however, about—of all things—what women like her actually want. Guess it’s high time for the company to hire a more diverse marketing consultant team.
