Sometimes arguing with a mansplainer is just not the way to go. There are cases when letting them discover their own mistake is the best choice. That’s certainly the case in this story of an insistent boss pressuring his employee to make changes on an insurance policy despite being warned that his way was the wrong one.
That said, we imagine the employee got sweet satisfaction when the insurance company itself called and told her boss of his mistake. Maybe he’ll learn to listen to people’s inputs moving forward or take his own advice and Google things first.
