It can be challenging to stand up to someone higher on the work ladder, especially if you’re a young woman. So, we’ve got to commend this teen worker for the way she stood up for herself when her boss tried to steal her thunder during a meeting.
Although a small gesture in the grand scheme of things, her defiance sent an important message to her boss and colleagues: she’s not one to be pushed around. That’ll definitely save her a ton of grief in the future should people keep on trying to take credit for her ideas!
