Now, this next one would make anyone’s blood boil! It’s one thing to encounter a mansplainer one on one; it’s another for him to be your boss and have him humiliate you in front of your own colleagues.
Did the boss forget why his furniture company hired her in the first place? We think it’s a given that she knows a lot about woodworking even to get an interview at the place. So, we just don’t understand why he felt the need to mansplain something as basic as what acetone is to her, that is, except to intentionally embarrass her.
