Unaware of his world record
Gym, workouts, and running are something boys love to boast about and take privilege if one is doing good than any other. But this guy is perhaps not at home in mathematics, or he is deliberately lying. He posted that he ran faster than the world record holder, which seems impossible for an ordinary guy who does not intend to break the record.
By the way, we know who is the fastest runner in the world. Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt set the world record in 2009 when he took the 100-meter sprint at 9.58 seconds.
