As a former supermodel, it’s understandable that Claudia Schiffer likes wearing heels. It adds on to her already staggering 5’11” height, but it didn’t stop Matthew Vaugh from pursuing her. When Vaughn proposed, he did it uniquely by commissioning an artist to create a painting for the occasion.
The painting had the important words popping the big question, and Schiffer similarly accepted the proposal with a “yes” painting. Vaughn is 6’0″, but since their nuptials in 2002 he agreed to be together as the shorter one as long as she’s wearing heels.
