This grim reaper made a terrible mistake by taking the life of an innocent person in the name of Tom C. Bailey instead of Tim C. Riley. He blamed it on forgetting his glasses, so he read the name wrongly.
Funnily enough, Bailey’s ghost saw an opportunity amidst all this confusion. Apparently, he had long held the urge to haunt his ex, so he requested the chance, even if it was for 15 minutes. Talk about a silver lining in death.
