Architectural Wonder on Haunted Hill
One of the most extraordinary things about the 1959 crime-horror classic “House on Haunted Hill,” starring Vincent Price and Carol Ohmart, is the hip exterior facade used for the haunted house itself. This impressive architectural wonder is real and still stands in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The actual building is known as the Ennis House and was designed by the late architect Frank Lloyd Wright. In 2019, it was sold to a couple of cannabis-industry investors for a whopping $18 million.
