Raw eggs contain a lot of useful elements like antioxidants, nutrients, and vitamins. The most important antioxidants in the eggs are lutein and zeaxanthin, which strengthen our eyes and keep the organ away from diseases. Fresh eggs are beneficial for our hearts too. But storing eggs for too long is not appreciable.

Storing them in refrigerators for a long time can promote bacterial growth that can eventually penetrate the shell. So eggs, if not consumed fresh, can turn into inedible ones.
