Detrimental Mistakes You Might Be Making With Your Food
Not Placing the Leftover Cooked Bacon in the Freezer
It is a rare event that some leftovers are on the table when you cook bacon. But if it happens, you are not supposed to place those strips in the refrigerator. To enhance the shelf life of the cooked bacon, always put it in a freezer.
But just placing the meat in the freezer will not do. Wrapping those cooked strips into a paper towel individually and locking them in a ziplock bag can ensure freshness for up to six weeks.
