The Russian Royal Family Funds Faberge Annually For Decorated Easter Eggs

If you are a fan of Easter eggs and decorations, then you might recognize one of the names behind them: Fabergé. That is right, the one and only! Gustav Fabergé was the one who founded the House of Fabergé in Saint Petersburg in 1842, and the rest is history.

Fabergé’s original design was an egg with a diamond cap and a ruby the size of, well, an egg. The royal family loved his creations, so he kept making enamel-designed eggs with their funding.
