The “Big Shot” tower ride in Vegas is not for the timid or those terrified of heights. The tower is almost a thousand feet high and has a top speed of 45 miles per hour in just under three seconds for riders.
It is expected to have between 12 and 16 riders. It only launches you from a platform that is 921 feet high to a height of 1,081 feet. Despite how brief it is, it’s still pretty nerve-wracking.
