The starring roles that earned Russell Crowe A-list status were quite physically demanding. That includes Gladiator, where he played the part of a Roman General. He hit the gym a lot to stay fit, but these days he doesn’t seem to care too much about his physique.
That doesn’t mean that the dad bod doesn’t work for him, and in fact, he’s been banking on it like with his latest appearance in the 2020 film Unhinged. Crowe is also slated to feature in the upcoming 2021 horror flick The Georgetown Project.
