It’s okay for celebrities to publicly voice their opinion about something; however, they should always measure their reputation before doing so. Some people have the “street cred” to criticize something, while others need to take a good look at themselves before opening their mouths.
The backlash Jennifer Aniston received after saying that Marvel movies were “diminishing” proves our point. Some Marvel flicks are arguably subpar, but it’s not like Aniston has never appeared in a bad movie. We’d surely rather trust Martin Scorsese’s take on it.
