Only hardcore comic book fans would recognize Luke Cage, so it’s refreshing to see a show dedicated solely to him. This new series immediately follows the timeline of ‘Jessica Jones,’ where Luke moves from Hell’s Kitchen to Harlem to start a new life. Not only does he fight enemies, but he also takes on his inner demons.
It’s also important to note that the setting of the show plays a crucial part in the overall premise. So it begs the question, is Cage an antihero as portrayed to be? You’ll have to see and find out!
