The Downfall of Barret Robbins

Barret Robbins played nine seasons as a center for the National Football League outfit, the Oakland Raiders. He made his way to the Pro Bowl in 2002 and led the offensive line that took the Raiders to Super Bowl XXXVII.

Just a day before the Raiders were supposed to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in San Diego, Robbins disappeared from the hotel and appeared late that night. He missed the game the next day and the Raiders lost. All that he could recall was that he spent the entire day drinking.
