Adrian McPherson Dismissed from the Seminoles for Theft

Adrian McPherson played as a quarterback for the Canadian Football League side, the Montreal Alouettes for a major part of his career. He played college football for the Seminoles, the football team representing Florida State University.

McPherson, 19 at that time, was accused of betting on the games he played for the Seminoles, although his lawyer dismissed the claim. A further investigation revealed that he stole a blank from R&R Truck Accessories, located in Tallahassee, and cashed in $3500. The FSU had no other option but to dismiss him from the ranks.
