Noah Cyrus is the little sister of Miley Cyrus. She was child number five for director/producer Tish Cyrus and her spouse, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus. In 2009, Noah voiced the title character in “Ponyo,” an animated film. Then in 2016, she launched her debut single, “Make Me Cry.”
